On July 20, 2017, «Igor Tolstunov's Producer Company» («PROFIT») and «Film Company 22» began shooting the comedy «Well, Hello, Oksana Sokolova!». The situation comedy is based on the short film of the same name, which received last year a special diploma at «Kinotavr» and the Grand Prix of the «Korotche» film festival. The film's director is Kirill Vasilyev. The lead roles are played by Viktor Dobronravov, Valentina Mazunina, Sergei Burunov.
At the center of the plot is the unsuccessful actor Ilya, who gets a job as host of «Men's Radio». Ilya celebrates this event with a wild party, after which he completely loses his voice. Half an hour before going on air, prime time, a signed contract – Ilya is in a panic… The only way out is an injection in the vocal cords. Only this, according to the doctor's assurance, can save the situation. And now the presenter is at the microphone. Countdown. Ilya greets the radio listeners… in a female voice! Held hostage by an absurd situation, the hero will do anything to get his voice back and not miss his chance.
«This is a very funny story of the «something went wrong» variety, – says the film's director Kirill Vasilyev. – The hero finally gets a chance to fulfill his dream – to become a popular presenter, to become famous, because there is nothing more important for a modern person than success. Being successful is cool, fashionable, necessary. And then bam – a perfectly brutal guy starts speaking in a female voice… But at the heart of real lasting success always lie basic values: hard work, intelligence, talent, and, of course, love – which is what our hero will discover».
«This is a stunningly funny comedy with many comical and even absurd, grotesque situations in which the heroes find themselves, – says the general producer of the picture Igor Tolstunov. – The viewer will have no time to get bored!».
The viewers will watch the comedy's heroes to the sparkling music of the band «Leningrad».
Filming of the picture will take place in Moscow and will continue until September 2017, and the film will be released on March 8, 2018.
